Honda introducing new bikes to compete in the market

Honda has big plans for the upcoming Rev fest festival. At this event, Honda has announced that it would be officially launching the CBR 650F in the Southeast Asian market. While the focus will be on the largest displacement bike to be assembled by Honda, there’s more surprise in store for us. Honda has hinted that it might launch or showcase more products at Revfest. CBR 650F
According to our sources the Japanese manufacturer will showcase three new motorcycles apart from the Honda CBR 650F. The three bikes in contention are likely to be a new 125cc motorcycle, 160cc motorcycle and the face lifted Honda CBR 250R.   Facelifted CBR 250R
The new Honda 125cc motorcycle has been spotted testing before and from the looks of it Honda wants to add a premium 125cc offering in its portfolio. The new Honda 125cc bike will share cycle parts and powerplant with the popular CB Shine but will sport attractive styling. It is expected that the new bike will be based on the lines of the Honda Livo which has been positioned as its premium 110cc offering. It is also expected that Honda will showcase a new bike which will be a sportier version of the Unicorn 160. The new 160cc motorcycle will share the powerplant with the Unicorn 160 but will get sharp and striking styling to appeal to the youth. The new Honda 160cc motorcycle will compete against the Suzuki Gixxer and the Yamaha FZ-S FI and will most likely replace the CB Trigger. The third bike could be the face lifted version of the CBR 250R. It was expected that Honda might ride in the CBR 300R in India but that hasn’t happened so far. It is expected that the new Honda CBR 250R will get cosmetic updates in the form of new colours which is a bit disappointing. We really hope that Honda proves us wrong on this aspect and ride in something exciting.
